It’s also about making sure you give yourself room to improve each time. Sourdough is one of those items where everything has to be exact and gets better over time. It is also something that needs full patience and the ability to give it the time it needs.

The process to make your first sourdough bread takes at least a week to a week and a half to create a sourdough starter. The starter is what makes the yeast for the bread. That takes at least a week to develop. After that, the bread process each week takes two days.
